Finance Manager

Aga joined Dignus in June 2020 as a Finance Manager, leading the finance team and function for the entire Dignus Group.

Aga and her team are responsible for all day-to-day finance functions along with monthly and annual financial reporting.  Aga enjoys identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and automate processes wherever possible, adding great value to the business.

Aga has over 10 years’ experience of working in finance.  Prior to joining Dignus Group, she worked in the manufacturing sector undertaking various roles.  During this time Aga discovered her passion for accounting and finance, and, to develop her career, attained her professional CIMA qualification.

Natalie Pettitt

HR Manager

Natalie joined Dignus Group in 2022 to provide leadership to our growing HR team.

Natalie has a wealth of experience in HR having previously worked in leadership positions within the pharmaceutical industry, managing HR for 46 pharmacies, 3 nursing homes, an optician, and a dental surgery.

Starting her career as a Nursery Manager, Natalie moved into the pharmaceutical sector before taking on a HR leadership role and progressing to management level.

Natalie is currently studying for her Level 7 CIPD qualification. She also has an interest in health and safety and is IOSH qualified.

Sue Allsopp

Learning and Development Manager

Sue joined Dignus Group in December 2022 in the role of Learning and Development Manager. She is truly passionate about learning and encouraging people to achieve their potential.

Sue manages the Learning and Development team, holding responsibility for all aspects of the learning and development cycle, from identifying learning needs, managing training events and supporting employees’ individual learning and qualifications.

Sue’s experience in the healthcare sector spans over 40 years. She began her career as a Nurse, then went on to work for a local authority where she managed a mental health service and a residential home, before moving into learning and development.

Having qualified as a social worker, Sue has worked with several universities in the social work degree programme, as well as managing an assessment centre delivering both adult and children’s qualifications.

Positive Behaviour Support Lead Practitioner

Prince joined Dignus Group in October 2023. Prince has extensive experience working as a Positive Behaviour Practitioner in the NHS, Head of Behaviour for a Local Authority affiliated organisation , Head of Behaviour and Behaviour Manager for two Large Education and Residential School providers. Through his work ethic, Prince was also nominated for an award in at the PBS Festival which honours PBS Practitioners in their respective fields.
Prince has a background in Psychology and Applied behaviour Analysis, is a Certified International Behaviour Analyst, Certified Neurodiversity Practitioner and is also a Certified Behaviour Analysis supervisor where he supervises trainee Therapists and Behaviour Analysts. Prince also has a background and additional training in Positive Behaviour Support , Autism, Restraint Reduction. Prince is also the UK Ambassador for the International Home and Community PBS Organisation and is also a Practising Registrant with the UK Society of Behaviour Analysis (UKSBA).

Jo, with almost 30 years of experience in health and social care, excels as the Referrals and Assessment Manager at Dignus Group. Her expertise spans various areas, including Learning Disabilities, Mental health diagnoses, Autism, ABI’s, Forensic backgrounds, and complex health needs. Jo’s commitment to maintaining high care standards is evident through her history of holding CQC registrations for Care homes. She brings strategic thinking and managerial prowess to her role, backed by a Level 7 qualification in Strategic Management and Leadership.
What truly distinguishes Jo is her unique perspective as someone diagnosed late in life as an autistic individual with a secondary diagnosis of ADHD. This personal understanding, coupled with her role as a caregiver to children with care and support needs, positions Jo as an empathetic and insightful professional. In her four years as a Referrals and Assessment Manager at Dignus Group, Jo has consistently prioritised placing individuals at the centre of assessments. Her empathetic and comprehensive approach, informed by personal experiences, ensures a holistic view, involving family members for a compassionate evaluation.
