Meet the Referrals & Partnerships Team

Dominic Dyer
Head of Referrals and Partnerships
Dom is Head of Referrals and Partnerships at Dignus Group, leading the organisation’s approach to referrals, partnerships and sustainable growth across specialist services.
With nearly 20 years’ experience in health and social care, Dom brings a strong background in both commercial and operational leadership. His work focuses on strengthening referral pathways and ensuring individuals are supported to access the right home, in the right location, with the right level of care.
Prior to joining Dignus in 2025, Dom led a dedicated growth function for one of the UK’s largest specialist support providers, consistently delivering strong occupancy and performance outcomes. At Dignus, he continues to build collaborative relationships across the sector, helping more people move into environments where they can thrive.
Dom is particularly motivated by seeing individuals settle into new chapters of their lives and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.
Outside of work, Dom enjoys sport – especially golf and football – and spending time travelling with his family. Weekends are often spent in the countryside with his partner, son and their dogs.

Imogen White
Referrals and Assessments Manager

She plays a key role in ensuring people are matched with the right environments and support, helping to create strong foundations from the outset.
