Across Dignus Group, team members and the people we support came together to celebrate a very special milestone as part of our 20 Years, 20 Moments campaign.
To mark 20 years of Dignus, every home held its own celebration, bringing people together for food, fun, laughter and plenty of memories. From party games and music to decorations and special treats, each home celebrated in its own unique way while sharing in a collective moment across the organisation.
The celebrations began with homes joining together for a Town Hall, allowing team members and the people we support from across Dignus to connect, reflect on the journey so far and kick off the party together. It was a fantastic reminder of the scale of our Dignus family and the shared values that bring us together, wherever we are.
Over the past year, our 20 Years, 20 Moments campaign has highlighted the people, achievements and stories that have shaped Dignus since 2006. We have celebrated life-changing outcomes, remarkable team members, memorable moments and the partnerships that have helped us grow. Most importantly, we have celebrated the people we support and the team members who make a difference every single day.
The anniversary celebrations were the perfect culmination of that journey. Looking through the photos from across our homes, one thing stands out above everything else: the sense of community, connection and belonging that exists throughout Dignus.
For 20 years, we have been committed to supporting people to live the lives they choose, making brave decisions when it matters most and always striving for better outcomes. While much has changed over the last two decades, our purpose remains the same.
As we celebrate this milestone, we would like to thank every team member, person we support, family member, commissioner and partner who has been part of the Dignus story.
The last 20 years have been incredible, but we’re even more excited about what comes next.
